How far in advance should I book airport parking?
It is best to book as far ahead as possible to ensure you can make your booking at the car park of your choice. At busy periods some car parks can get full so the earlier to book the better, but you can still book on the day of departure subject to availability.

If I prebook how much can I save?
You can save up to 50% off the standard gate prices at many car parks that we offer.

How frequently do the transfer buses run?
All on airport and most off airport car parks transfer on a 24 hours basis,running between every 5 and 20 minutes. Please always give yourself plenty of time before your check in deadlines.

How do I find the car park?

I would prefer to make my booking and pay over the phone?
Yes all our partners except Essential offer a telephone booking service. Full details are on our contact us page.

How do I obtain a Vat or Credit/Debit Card receipt?

Call the car park provider you made your booking with - details on our contact us page with your booking reference and they will send you one.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes. Most providers will accept payment and booking by post but please check with the provider first. Send in a letter with your Name, Address, Tel No, Dates and details of product required. (Note that we cannot however guarantee availability of your chosen product by the time your cheque arrives.)

Why is a week calculated as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days?

One day is calculated as a whole or part of day. A Monday to Monday trip is calculated as 8 whole days. Therefore a two week trip would be 15 days inclusive.

What is "Meet and Greet" Parking?

Generally this service is used for airport parking services but Meet and Greet is an additional service to standard secured parking whereby a supplement is paid to be met outside the Terminal by a chauffeur who takes your car to a secure off-airport car park. How Secure are the Car Parks?

Security at all airport car parks is taken very seriously.Airport car parks are normally accredited with AA secure car park awards issued by the Police. Most car parks have a combination of security patrols, high level fencing, barriers and CCTV.
